L’edificio è un antico opificio costruito nel 1904 e ristrutturato a fine anni Novanta. L’ispirazione Art Déco è la naturale conseguenza del desiderio di valorizzare la struttura nelle sue peculiarità stori- co-architettoniche e di ricreare quelle atmosfere e suggestioni che le sono proprie. Questo progetto è il risultato di un’attenta interpretazione dell’architet- tura, del luogo e della sua storia.
The building is an old factory, built in 1904 and renovated in the late nineties. The Art Deco inspiration is a natural consequence of the desire to enhance the structure’s existing historical- architectural peculiarities, as well as to recreate the peculiar moods atmospheres of the original building. This project is the result of a careful interpretation of architecture, location and history.
